1.Technical Support - Service Panel Password Reset - Select RAK Cloud Service Panel Password Reset.
2.Click on "Generate Random Password and Reset Password".
3. Click on the link to open the control panel page and enter your username and password to log in.
- If you have a six-digit verification code, you can skip it if it is not bound.
4.With the above steps, you can log in to the control panel to manage all your public cloud and bare metal cloud products.
5.If you need to manage a specific server in the public cloud, you need to find the corresponding product and access the product management page.
6.Use the hostname or main IP as the username, and use the panel management password displayed for that product to log in.
