IP change is not supported, and you can only purchase a new one.

3.Using web services on cloud phones, or similar services that require access to other ports of the cloud phone, the following is the support situation:
Shared IP: (Public network) Port forwarding is not supported.
Dedicated IP: (Exclusive IP) Direct access is possible.
Dedicated network: (We currently do not have this) Set port forwarding rules to enable access.
4.How to open custom ports on cloud phones:
Only ports after 10000 can be opened.
5.Transferring files in the background: Files under 50MB are no problem, for larger files it is recommended to use cloud storage for transfer.
6.Cloud phones run on Android 7, 64-bit system. To support 32-bit apps, the system needs to be reinstalled with a compatible image version that supports 32-bit apps.
7.How to set up the password of locking and unlocking screen on cloud phones:
In Settings - Security, there is a feature to add a password to your phone.
8.TikTok cannot connect to the internet after installation on cloud phones:

9.The installation of TikTok (International version of Douyin) on HK cloud phone has no network:
- There is a TikTok plugin in the cloud phone's built-in app market, install and execute it before using the TikTok (no proxy needed);
PS: After adjustment, the settings menu will change to English. - Use a proxy.
10.Does the cloud phone support camera scanning of QR codes, similar to the scanning code to login function of PC WeChat?
Not supported.
