1.Support - Service Panel Password Reset - Select RAK Cloud Service Panel Password Reset.
2.Click on "Generate Random Password" to reset the password.
3.Click on the link to open the control panel page and enter your username and password to log in.
- If there is a six-digit verification code, you can log in directly without filling it in if it is not bound.
4.By logging into the control panel, you can manage all the products of public cloud and bare-metal cloud under your account.
5.If you need to individually manage a server of a public cloud, you need to find the corresponding product and enter the product management page.
6.The username should be the hostname or the main IP, and the password is the panel management password displayed for that product.
