一.Resetting Password in Customer Backend
1.In the backend, locate the product you wish to operate on and enter the product management page.
2.In the management page, on the top right of the row, click on "Reset Password."
3.Click on "Generate Random Password" and check the box for "Consent to forced shutdown" -"OK".
4.Wait for the reset to complete and log in using the new password.
二.Resetting Password in Control Panel
1.Please refer to the instructions for logging into the control panel How to log in to the bare-metal cloud control panel - Knowledgebase - RAKsmart
2.Once logged in, locate the corresponding machine and click on "Reset Password."
3.Click on "Generate Random Password" and check the box for "Agree Forced" -"OK".
4.Wait for the reset to complete and log in using the new password.
