1.New work order - Billing information - Early renewal

- Title: Title of the problem you need help with
- Department: Select the corresponding department for submitting the work order (Support, Sales, Billing, Onsite Working)
- Related Service: Select the product/service for which you need help resolving the issue.
- Priority: High, Medium, or Low
- Information: Describe the content of the problem that you need to solve.
- Attachments: You can upload related files and screenshots.
3.The billing reminder allows you to view all the corresponding bills for the machines under your name. You can select the corresponding service as needed.
- View Services: Click to enter the product management page to view product related information and operations.
- View Bills: Click to directly pay the bill for the corresponding product.
4.Early Renewal Feature: This feature is provided for the renewal bill that has not generated for the next cycle. Clicking on it allows you to proceed with the early renewal.
You can choose the renewal cycle: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, and Yearly.
Set the number of renewals: You can directly set the number of renewals.
二、Physical server management and viewing operations
1.The display of the purchase date, payment amount, billing cycle, next payment date, and payment method for physical server products, as well as the option to enable automatic renewal.
2.Cancellation Request: You can apply for a cancellation request if the machine is no longer in use and you do not want to continue using it.
3.The cancellation is divided into two types:
End of billing cycle: After applying for this type of cancellation, the machine will be taken offline after the expiration of the current billing cycle.
Immediate cancellation: After applying for this type of cancellation, the machine will be taken offline and recycled immediately without waiting for the expiration of the current billing cycle.
Note: After applying for a cancellation request, if there is any renewal bill generated, it will be cancelled directly. If you want to take the machine offline immediately before the end of the current billing cycle, the remaining fees will not be refunded. Refunds can only be processed through a ticket that needs to be raised.
4.If you want to enable auto-renewal, you need to select "Yes".
This can help ensure that your service will not be interrupted when it expires and reduce inconvenience and additional charges caused by forgetting to renew. Auto-renewal is disabled by default, so you need to manually enable it if you want to use it. (After checking the auto-renewal option, please ensure that your account balance is sufficient to pay the bill in order to ensure a successful renewal.)

- Suspended Reason: This refers to the reason for the suspension of the machine.
