Resetting password in public cloud

一.Resetting password in customer backend.

1.Find the product you want to operate in the backend and enter the product management page.

 

2.In the management page, click on "Reset Password" located on the right side of the top row.

 

3.Click on "Generate Random Password" and check the box for "Agree to Force Shutdown", then confirm.

 

4.After the reset is completed, use the new password to log in.

 

二.Resetting Password in Control Panel

1.Please refer to the Control Panel for login instructions  How to log in to the public cloud control panel

 

2.After accessing the corresponding machine, click on "Reset Password."

 

3.Click on "Generate Random Password," and check the box for "Force Shutdown." Then click "Confirm."

 

4.After the reset is complete, you can log in using the new password.
