Upgrade/Downgrade operations on public cloud

  • Customers need to perform the upgrade/downgrade configuration themselves in the backend of the public cloud.

1.First, locate the product that needs to be upgraded or downgraded and go to the product management page.

2.On the product management page, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade" in the bottom right corner.

3.After confirming the declaration, you can choose the desired upgrade or downgrade option according to your needs. Once you have selected the desired configuration, click on "Continue" (If the option is not available in the list, it means that it does not support upgrade or downgrade).

4.After clicking "Continue", you will be redirected to the payment page. Choose your payment method and proceed with the payment. Once the payment is successful, the machine will restart to apply the upgraded or downgraded configuration.
