To ensure the security of user Rak Cloud management panel, Rak Cloud service panel supports the use of dynamic password verification for login.
1.Enable method: It is recommended to use Microsoft Authenticator.
2. You need to download Microsoft or Google Authenticator on your mobile phone first.

3.Please refer to the following instructions for panel login ：How to log in to the public cloud control panel
4.After logging in, click on "System Settings" and then select "Google Two-Factor Authentication."
5.Click on "Enable Google Two-Factor Authentication" and then click "Save."
6.After the QR code image pops up, open the downloaded authenticator app on your phone. In Microsoft Authenticator, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner and choose the account type. In Google Authenticator, tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner and select "Scan a QR Code." Then, scan the QR code shown below. Once scanned, the authenticator app on your phone will generate a corresponding verification code. Enter the verification code in the designated field below the QR code image and click "Bind" to complete the process.
7.The one-time password code in the image will be updated every 30 seconds. Once enabled, when you attempt to log in, you will be prompted to enter the verification code. Simply enter the verification code from your phone and click "Login" to proceed.
