1.Click on "Product & Service" and select the type of server you have purchased, for example: "Product & Service - Physical Server".
2.Choose the server you want to operate on. For example, for "shaw-smokeping", click on the corresponding product service to enter the server management interface.
3.If you need to submit a problem with the server, you can directly submit a corresponding ticket on the server.
4.If you need to renew the server, you can directly renew the corresponding server. Note: Renewal invoices are generated 10 days before the expiration date by default. If there are unpaid renewal invoices, the "Renew" button will not be displayed and "View Invoice" will be shown instead. You can pay the generated renewal invoice directly.
5.You can perform corresponding operations such as rebooting or reinstalling the server according to specific needs (Different product layout interface is different).
*VNC can be used to open a virtual console and view the machine's operating status.
*Resetting BMC can be attempted when VNC is not available.
*When the server encounters a system failure, you can choose to back up using the rescue system.
6.Apply to terminate the current server service.
7.Click on "Network Monitoring" to view bandwidth and traffic usage details (different products may have different interface layouts).
