Dear Customer,

To enhance the security of your account and servers, we will be updating our server login password storage policy effective November 5, 2026 (Beijing Time, UTC+8).

Starting from this date, the platform will no longer store or display your server login passwords.

This change will affect the following areas:

Console – Server Management Page: Server login passwords will no longer be displayed.

Server Management Panel: Server login passwords will no longer be displayed.

Server Provisioning Emails: Passwords will still be included in provisioning emails. Please make sure to save them securely after receiving them, as they will no longer be retained by the platform.

What You Need to Do:

  1. Please make sure to securely save the login passwords for all your active servers before November 5, 2026 (Beijing Time, UTC+8).
  2. If you forget your password, you can use the Reset Password feature in the console to set a new one. Please note that resetting the password for a dedicated server requires a server reboot.
  3. We recommend using SSH key authentication for enhanced security. When purchasing a new Linux VPS or Bare Metal Cloud server, you can select key-based authentication during the ordering process.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
