To ensure network security, platform stability, and the legitimate rights and interests of all users, customers using our servers, IP resources, and related services must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted Internet usage standards.

If a customer’s business involves illegal activities, policy violations, or third-party complaints, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the reported issue.

1. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Phishing websites, fraud, and deceptive activities;

  • Distribution of malware, trojans, viruses, or other malicious software;

  • Botnet operations, DDoS attacks, or related activities;

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (Spam);

  • Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or other network intrusion attempts;

  • Intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, or DMCA-related complaints;

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, or other serious illegal content;

  • Any other activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards.

2. Complaint Handling Principles

Upon receiving an abuse report, complaint, or notification from a regulatory authority, we will review the matter based on the actual circumstances.

Actions that may be taken include, but are not limited to:

  • Notifying the customer to rectify the issue;

  • Requiring the removal of violating content;

  • Temporarily restricting access to affected IPs or services;

  • Replacing assigned IP resources;

  • Imposing abuse handling fees where applicable;

  • Suspending or terminating services.

The specific measures applied will be determined based on the nature of the complaint, risk level, remediation efforts, and the customer's compliance history.

For copyright infringement (including DMCA complaints) and general content-related violations:

  • Customers will generally be notified and given an opportunity to take corrective action;

  • Customers must address the reported issue and provide feedback within the required timeframe;

  • Failure to remediate or respond within the specified period may result in service suspension;

  • Repeated violations of a similar nature may lead to further restrictions or termination of the affected resources.

4. High-Risk Violations

For high-risk activities such as phishing, fraud, malware distribution, botnet operations, DDoS attacks, spam, and similar violations:

  • We reserve the right to take immediate restrictive measures;

  • Customers must cooperate with investigations and complete the required remediation;

  • Service restoration will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis;

  • Repeated violations or failure to cooperate may result in permanent service termination.

5. Serious Illegal Activities

For child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, and other severe illegal activities:

  • We reserve the right to take immediate emergency actions;

  • Such actions may include, but are not limited to, service suspension, IP blocking, and access restrictions;

  • Customers are required to fully cooperate with investigations and provide relevant explanations or supporting information;

  • If serious illegal activity is confirmed, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the related services;

  • In cases where facts remain disputed or require further verification, the matter may be reviewed and discussed with the customer based on the specific circumstances.

Important Notice:

CSAM, terrorism-related content, and other severe illegal activities are subject to enhanced scrutiny and enforcement. We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward such activities.

6. Data and Resource Handling

In the event that services are suspended or terminated due to policy violations:

  • Customers may request data backup or data migration in accordance with our applicable procedures;

  • The data retention period shall be subject to the platform’s notice;

  • Upon service termination, the relevant IP addresses and allocated resources will be reclaimed.

7. Final Interpretation

We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding the nature of any complaint, the severity of any violation, the applicable risk classification, and the corresponding enforcement actions.

This policy may be updated or revised from time to time to comply with legal requirements, industry standards, and operational needs.
