To open a VNC window for a server in the public cloud when unable to establish a remote connection to the system but need to check the system status or perform system operations
1.Go to "Product & Services" and click on "Public Cloud."Locate the server you want to operate on and access it.
2.On the product management page, locate the "VNC" option in the upper right corner and click on it to open the VNC window.
3. In the top right corner of the VNC window, there are shortcut buttons that allow you to log in to the system and perform copy-paste operations.
4.If the VNC window opens to a black screen or if there is a long period of inactivity resulting in disconnection, you can try refreshing the page or reopening the VNC window.
