Note: This account can only be used by customers who have purchased a dedicated server.
一.Log in to the backend and navigate to Technical Support > Service Panel Password Reset > DCIM Service Panel Password Reset.
二.You can either customize the password or click on "Generate Random Password". Once you have confirmed the password, click on "Reset Password" to complete the process.
三.Click on the link to access the panel login page. Use your username and the new password to log in.
四.Google Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security for dashboard and individual server logins. If you haven't set it up, you can leave it blank and proceed with the login.
The above-mentioned panel login credentials allow you to manage all the dedicated servers associated with your account. If you need to manage a specific server individually, you can use the panel password to log in on the Product Management page and access the management options for that particular server.
You can log in using the current machine's IP address or hostname, and the login link remains the same.
