Dear Customer,
To comply with the requirements of ICANN and relevant domain registries, some domain contacts are required to complete Whois Contact Information Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification. To avoid any impact on the normal use of your domain(s), please review the following information:
1. Whois Contact Information Verification
If your domain contact information requires Whois verification, you will receive an email with the subject “Action Required: Whois Contact Record Verification.” Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification promptly.
If multiple Contact IDs are associated with the same email address, please check the verification status of each contact record separately. Verifying one contact record does not mean that all other contact records have been verified.
For contacts requiring verification, please complete the process within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of the associated gTLD domain(s).
2. KYC Verification
Some domain registries require identity verification for domain contacts. If you hold a domain that is subject to KYC requirements (such as .DE / .NO), please look out for an email with the subject “Complete Your KYC Verification”and follow the instructions provided.
During the verification process, you may be required to provide proof of identity and verify your email address, physical address, and phone number. Please refer to the verification email for the specific requirements.
You may also log in to the User CP to check or initiate the verification process:
User CP > TLD Settings > Contact KYC
3. Important Reminder
This is a general notification sent to all customers. If your domain does not currently require verification, or if you have already completed the required verification, no further action is needed.
If you receive a verification email, please complete the required steps as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your domain resolution or services.
