Dear Customer,To continue ensuring a secure and stable platform and to protect the rights of the vast majority of compliant users, we have updated our Abuse Policy. These changes are intended to more clearly distinguish between different types of abuse and outline the corresponding actions we will take. The key updates are as follows:I. DMCA Copyright ComplaintsUpon receipt of a complaint, if you promptly remove the associated domain name resolution and we are able to verify the action, your service will be restored.II. Other Abuse ComplaintsThis includes, but is not limited to: phishing, port scanning, DDoS attacks, spam, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and similar activities.Such actions compromise platform security and impact other users. A penalty of $30 USD per reported IP will apply.III. Penalty and Resolution Guidelines
  • Phishing: If a total of two or more complaints are received, the associated server will be subject to a penalty and will be shut down.
  • Other Abuse Types: There is no limit on the number of complaints. Once the penalty is paid and the issue has been addressed, you may request to have the service restored.
IV. Payment Deadline and Shutdown PolicyIf the penalty invoice remains unpaid within 3 days of being issued, the associated server will be automatically shut down.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
