Per ARIN's policy, we are required to obtain IP request justification from our customer. Please list enough domain name to cover at least half of IP addresses purchased in this order. e.g. You must list at least 4 domain name if order includes 8 IP. For VPS without a domain name, you could use your primary domain name and a list of VPS name.
